Yes. Every offered automatic trading system from us use so called "Magic Numbers". Means the EA will not touch other trades.
Can i use the system on accounts, where the account currency is not USD?
Yes, the system can be also used on EUR and JPY based accounts. Money management is fully compatible.
Will i receive a User Manual ?
Yes, together with the system you receive a detailed user manual. User manual is available in English, Japanese, Russian, Italian and German language.
Can i receive the Investor password from the public account ?

Can i use the system on a mini account ?
Yes, the system can be also used on mini accounts. (10k lots) Money management is fully compatible.
Can i use the EA Shark/EA Griffin on other currency pairs then EURUSD ?
No, the actual system versions can be only used on the currency pairs EURUSD.

Yes. You receive a detailed user manual what will help you with the setup and you have our full support.
Is a free trial available ?
No, we dont offer a free trial.
My min stop level from my broker is 10 Pips, can i use the system ?
Yes - we will provide you with a modified set file what allows you to use the system with your broker.
How i know about when a update is available ?
The system will alert you whenever a new update is available. (Live update)

What when i change the broker and my account name is displayed different ?
When your account name is displayed different then on the old account, write us a short Email to: license@forexeasystems.com Provide us with the exact information how the account name is displayed. It is not required that you provide us with the account number or the broker name.

You may visit our downloadsection. There you can download the setupfile for the platform for free and open a demoaccount. This is also completely free and needs not more then 10 minutes.
On how many accounts can i use the EA when i purchase a private license ?
On any LIVE/DEMO account from the registrated license holder. (Private Person) Restriction: Cannot be used on Corporate and Joint Accounts. Registration required.

Can i use the Strategy ProFx on multiple Pairs ?
Yes. Based on our experience the Strategy ProFx works best on major pairs. (EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDCHF and USDJPY) But you can use it also on additional FX crosses.

Yes. The strategy rules are easy to understand and you receive also a detailed user manual. However, when you are completely new to trading it is recommend that you use the strategy in the first 1-2 weeks on a demoaccount.
