Delivery and Refund Policy

 

All products are shipped electronically. All sales are final. If in the product description the refund is included then that conditions override this policy.

 

When the product description includes 14 days refund right the customer can request a refund during 14 days after the purchase date. No refund can be given for discounted, package sales and license upgrades.

 

Refund processing for products up to 200.00 USD:

Payment processing fee 10%.

25.00 USD manual processing fee for deactivating the license.

25.00 USD refund processing fee.

 

Refund processing for products above 200.00 USD:

Payment processing fee 10%.

35.00 USD manual processing fee for deactivating the license.

35.00 USD refund processing fee.
